All domestic packages are shipped via First Class (hair clips & pins) or Priority Mail (hatties) with tracking. All hats will be insured for their full value which is included in the shipping price.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All hatties ship via Express Mail/Insured for their full value. These services provide the customer with tracking for their items.
All hairclips & pins will ship via First Class International Mail, with no tracking. If you would like to upgrade to a traceable service please advise.
Please also be aware that you will be held responsible for any CUSTOMS FEES. Please check with you local post office, before ordering to see what the customs fee rate is, before you purchase. I can not offer a refund for parcels returned for unpaid customs fees.
